Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Eligible merchandise should be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In its original condition.
- Free from damage or contamination.
- Returned with the original packaging when applicable.
Products That May Not Be Returned
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns for:
- Opened or used disposable tableware.
- Products exposed to food, liquids, or other substances.
- Damaged merchandise caused after delivery.
- Final-sale or customized products.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your financial institution.
